Turn off the Abergavenny to Crickhowell road at the vineyard signpost, up past the vineyard (on your right) and keep going to the National Trust car park. This road is very steep in parts.

Description:
Terrain and location – The courses will primarily be in the gorgeous old oak wood of St Mary’s Vale, with longer courses venturing onto the open moorland of the Sugar Loaf. There are some steep slopes but courses will be planned to avoid the steepest. Most of the area will be very runnable in May although there will be some low bracken on the open areas.
