EYOC 2026: Sprint Results
EYOC (European Youth Orienteering Championships) started today with the sprint race held in the town of Nova Gorica in western Slovenia. With hot temperatures and tricky courses featuring artificial barriers and plenty of route-choice challenges, the athletes were tested both physically and technically from the outset of the competition.

Francis Richard Galindo Rose… ‘Frank,’ born in Liverpool on 2nd August 1929. Francis after his mothers favourite brother who died in 1919 just after WW1. Richard after his father and Galindo after Captain Galindo who fought in the Crimea with our 2 x Great Grandfather.

GB Team WOC 2026 Announcement

The deadline for applying to be in the team for ETOC 2026 in Poland in July/August is now less than a week away. Anyone who wishes to be considered must send their expression of interest and any updated performance information to the Chair of the Selectors by 11 May 2026.
