| Details: | In May we will be holding 4 coaching sessions. Each week we will be working on different orienteering related skills. It's up to you how many sessions you attend. Our focus is on creating a supportive environment in which to learn and we encourage participants to participate at a pace that suits them. There will be 3 groups working at different levels - beginner, intermediate and experienced orienteer. If you are a complete beginner and you attend all 4 sessions you will have the skills to get round an orienteering course - our summer series of event s start in June.
