Parking information:The event is being held in Steam Mills at the northern end of Cinderford. There is no access from the fast A4136. A one-way system will be in operation via the A4151 and Broadmead Road ONLY. There will be no exit from the main car park for orienteers before 12.30pm (1pm if you wish to exit to the A4136). The main parking area is at Bespoke Steel Buildings. Overflow parking will be along the forest track, at Winner Garage and Cinderford Cricket Club (parking marked 1-5 on map). Courses

Course description:Mixed woodland, generally runnable with areas of contour detail on old slag heaps. Many ditches and streams. The area includes a brand new area which provides additional interest. This area contains a large number of pits and depressions, as well as other contour detail, which provides a different challenge to other parts previously used. Map: 1:10,000 scale. Re-surveyed and updated by Chris Johnson 2023-2025 to ISOM-2024. Based on previous maps by Peel Land Survey maps and BOK Members. Overprinted with course and control descriptions on waterproof A3 or A3+ paper. Juniors wishing to take part in the Interland Selector need to run the following colour-coded courses: • M14/W14 Light Green • W16 Green • M16/W18 Blue • M18 Brown
