Funding Opportunities
There are multiple opportunities for your club to apply to funding for projects, trips and more.
The Orienteering Foundation
The Orienteering Foundation is always interested in funding a specific project if it fits their criteria. They review grant applications four times a year so make sure you time your application right! Deadlines for submission are 31st March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December.

BUCS Active funding
There is also an opportunity for funding from British Universities and Colleges Sport (BUCS) Active funding.
University funding opportunities
Your university may have opportunities throughout the year to apply for funding/grants to be spent on equipment etc. If you do require some extra funding, it may be worth contacting your Athletic Union or Student Union contact to ask about any upcoming application opportunities.
Discounts
You can get in touch with your local sports shops for discounts on equipment.
