British Night Championships 2026

7 February 2026 - Egypt Jennings Woods (followed by the Ace of Herts Middle Distance Event on 8 February 2026)

Hertfordshire Orienteering Club are proud to host the British Night Championships 2026 on 7th February 2026 at Egypt Woods together with Jennings and Hangings Woods.

To make a weekend of it, there is also a middle-distance daytime National level race on essentially the same area on Sunday 8th February. Both are expected to be UKOL events. There is a discount for entering both events. The area is relatively small so competitors in both events will inevitably visit some areas more than once, but everything looks different at night!

Jan Kjellström International Festival of Orienteering 2026

3-6 April 2026 (Perth & Highland Perthshire)

The clubs and members of the Scottish Orienteering Association are looking forward to welcoming you to Scotland for Easter 2026.

This year's Jan Kjellström International Festival of Orienteering aims to offer something for everyone, from Elite Orienteers to complete beginners.

The JK is a truly international event, which last year welcomed over 2600 competitors, representing 140 clubs and 28 countries. This is the first JK in Scotland since 2012 (and only the second since the year 2000) and we are excited to welcome you to some of Scotland's best orienteering, with all races able to return the sport to venues that have not been used for major competition for over a decade.

In addition to the main competitions, we hope that you will enjoy exploring all of the many other attractions that this region of Scotland has to offer.
